Follow a clear, step-by-step process to schedule and register your Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification exams through Trailhead and Webassessor.
Sign in or create your Salesforce Trailhead account if you do not already have one. Use the same email address for Trailhead and Webassessor to keep your certification record aligned.
Visit the Trailhead Credentials page and choose the Marketing Cloud certification that matches your role: Email Specialist, Administrator, Developer, or Consultant.
Use the exam registration link on the Trailhead credential page to open Webassessor. This is the Salesforce platform for exam scheduling, payment, and proctoring.
Select either online proctoring or an in-person testing center. Online proctored exams are usually the fastest option for scheduling and allow you to test from home.
Confirm your computer, webcam, microphone, and browser meet the Webassessor online proctoring requirements before the registration date.
Have a government-issued photo ID ready, such as a passport or driver’s license, and make sure it matches the name on your Salesforce account.
